POSITION: Creative Director (Co-Owner)
Something Simple Services was an effort to spin The Roger Wilco Agency’s marketing and creative services out into its own entity. I and one of my coworkers, was offered ownership stake in the newly-formed company.
As Creative Director, I oversaw all creative operations and all non-writing creative staff. While more of a management position, the company was small enough so that, at times, I needed to step in and actively work with branding, naming, UI, UX, design work, and even some copy writing. This was especially true when dealing with executive-level clients that needed a more personal touch.
Due to extenuating circumstances, the company had to be dissolved in April of 2019. I still keep a working version (minus written content) of the site at https://dev.somethingsimple.services
