Hi-Caliber Powersports Parts P90 Primary Clutch Sheave Fixture Holding Tool Kit for Polaris MVRS 700 800

This is an excellent quality primary clutch sheave holding fixture tool kit by Hi-Caliber Powersports Parts. It is an essential tool kit when rebuilding, disassembling or servicing your Polaris atv, utv or snowmobile clutch. Because this works on so many models, this is a handy tool to keep around for repeated use for anyone from a shade tree mechanic to a full repair shop. The holding fixture has cutouts on the bottom that allow the tool to be clamped firmly into a bench vise. There are also holes to allow mounting with bolts to secure it to a solid workbench. Simply screw the provided threaded shaft into the holder. Use the provided nut and washer to tighten down against the holder to hold the threaded rod firmly in place. Next, slide the clutch sheave assembly over the threaded rod. Allow the fins on the bottom of the clutch sheave to engage the slots in the holder. Both angled and straight slots are provided, allowing the versatility to use this holder on basically all of the Polaris atv, utv and snowmobile clutches. Lastly use the provided knurled nut with the tapered end towards the clutch shaft and screw down on the rod until snug. You are now ready to begin disassembly of the clutch. Note there are also three hex head bolts provided when using this holder on the Yanmar Diesel clutches as well.
