Tetra Pond Start water conditioner makes water safe for pond fish immediately. Use the water treatment with new pond water and whenever adding tap water to your pond. The conditioner improves and ages water by removing harmful chlorine and chloramine instantly and neutralizing heavy metals. It also reduces stress in your fish and stimulates their beneficial natural slime coats, which can be lost during handling, netting, spawning, injury, disease and other times of stress. Safe for ornamental pond fish and plants in containerized ponds only. Follow all directions and precautions on product label. Keep out of reach of children. Use 1 tsp or one capful (5 mL) for 15 gallons (60 L). Half a cup (4 oz/118 mL) treats 350 gallons (1,325 L). Clean measuring device before every use. Bottle treats 700 gallons.
